Job summary

Scooter’s Coffee is seeking a high-energy PM shift leader to supervise afternoon and evening rushes, keeping the team motivated and delivering an amazing customer experience until close.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work afternoon, evening, and closing shifts.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• 1+ year previous leadership or customer service experience.

• Maintain high customer experience and efficiency through rushes and close.
• Coach team members to stay organized, focused, and upbeat during busy periods.
