Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, 0–2 years in medical device manufacturing or related fields.
• GDP knowledge or familiarity with FDA‑regulated/ISO environments.
• Proficiency with assembly tools: torque wrenches, screwdrivers, calipers, multimeters.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform electro‑mechanical assembly of robotic system modules per work instructions.
• Maintain ISO 13485, FDA QSR, and GDP compliance in production.
• Interpret and apply assembly procedures to build and verify components.
• Conduct basic functional, electrical, and mechanical tests with calibrated tools.
• Record build steps and test results in MES, ERP/SAP, and DHR systems.
• Keep work areas clean and organized per 6S standards.
• Support manufacturing engineering during line setup and troubleshooting.
