Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nurses and caregivers during the evening shift, ensuring tasks are completed on time and efficiently
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility standards
• Provide guidance and support to staff members, addressing concerns or issues that may arise
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Conduct audits and quality assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility standards
• Develop and maintain effective communication networks with staff members, residents, and family members
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide coverage for absences or emergencies
