Job summary

Avera Creighton Care Center in the United States is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver bedside nursing care, assess residents, and implement care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The role supports patients and families, manages medications and treatments, and coordinates admissions and transfers. Evening shift hours are 1:45pm-10:15pm, with 80 hours per two weeks and every other weekend/holiday.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice (active)
• Visual acuity adequate to perform duties and communicate effectively
• 1–3 years of clinical or long-term care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care by reviewing physician orders and conferring with the care team
• Develop and implement nursing care plans with timelines and objectives
• Educate residents and families on conditions, medications, and self-care
