Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking a capable Registered Nurse to provide direct care, participate in an interdisciplinary team, and contribute to quality initiatives. The role supports new graduates and experienced RNs with leadership development and ongoing learning.

The RN will collaborate across units to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and nursing sensitive indicators, while mentoring others and engaging in shared governance at NGHS.

Qualifikationen

• Licensure to practice as an RN in Georgia is required.
• Educational requirements: ADN or Diploma; BSN preferred.
• Minimum experience: At least 1 year of RN experience or equivalent on hire.

• Demonstrates competence in RN I performance expectations and beyond.
• Coordinates care for assigned patients on shift and mentors others as needed.
• Leads interdisciplinary rounds to facilitate appropriate care and smooth transitions.
