Job summary

Aston Group is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for the 3pm-11pm shift. You will supervise nursing staff and oversee daily activities under the Director of Nursing, ensuring care that meets professional standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include monitoring care delivery, leading shift meetings, addressing care issues, reporting to the Director of Nursing, and coordinating services to maintain continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; additional languages helpful

Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings to identify and resolve concerns and improve services.
• Identify problems or potential issues in resident care and implement corrective action promptly.
• Provide written and verbal reports or recommendations to the Director of Nursing as needed.
• Assist in developing methods to coordinate nursing services with other resident services to support continuity of care.
