Job summary

Arc at Streator is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time 6pm-6am shift to provide high-quality, collaborative patient care. Salary ranges $40-$45/hour, with opportunities for growth, training, and strong leadership support.

You will participate in resident assessments, develop care plans with other healthcare professionals, coordinate with the IDT to improve health outcomes, and supervise CNAs in a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license
• Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
• Strong, effective communication
• Exemplary leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Residents assessments
