Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, engineering technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a test technician, quality control, or similar hands-on technical role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control tests on different products
• Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on systems, components, and devices
• Collaborate with engineers to analyze test data and determine root causes of failures
• Document and communicate findings, test results, and corrective actions
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Assist in the development of test procedures and protocols
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency
