Role Overview

Our QMAP/Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. Responsibilities

• Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene. QMAPs perform caregiving as well as administering medications.
• Answer resident calls and determine how to best help them.
• Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences.
• Administer medications and assist with treatments per practitioners' orders, following safety protocols and the plan of care.
