Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education or equivalent is a plus.
• 3–5 years of production/supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) helpful.
• Knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop direct labor to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Oversee Just-In-Time assembly and related operations.
• Communicate policies, procedures, and work instructions to staff.
• Coordinate objectives with other supervisors to maximize reliability and control costs.
• Ensure safe practices and proper PPE usage at all times.
• Provide training and coaching; manage performance documentation.
