Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English; Spanish or local language may be required.
• Three months of assembly experience required.
• Capable of rotating through assembly line and performing precise, technical tasks.
• Ability to visually inspect work and follow instructions in repetitive tasks.
• Attentiveness and teamwork to assemble sterile medical products.
• Ability to meet line rate expectations.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembl y and processing tasks per quality specs and procedures.
• Rotate through the assembly line and perform all production operations.
• On-line and in-process visual inspection to ensure specifications.
• Assist Team Leader and Technicians with product and machine change-overs.
• Operate equipment at or above expected levels and ensure quality.
• Adhere to safety standards and cooperate with continuous improvement.
• May operate testing equipment for periodic product testing.
• Overtime may be required for this position.
