Job summary

McDonald’s franchise restaurant in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, supervise crew members, and maintain high standards of service and quality. You will coordinate shifts, monitor performance, and ensure safety, accuracy, and friendly customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Monitor safety, security and profitability and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Plan each shift and help the team meet McDonald’s standards and targets.
• Oversee food safety, inventory, maintenance, scheduling, training and customer service.
