Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; 3+ years maintenance experience.
• Advanced electrical knowledge and understanding of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot PLCs.
• Welding skills (TIG, MIG, and Stick).
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to production requests for immediate line issues.
• Maintain production equipment and preventative maintenance records.
• Create requisitions for parts and supplies to maintain equipment.
• Advance knowledge to maintain electrical/electronic systems and general equipment.
• Identify problem areas and implement permanent solutions.
• Adhere to safety policies and GMPs and adhere to quality standards.
