Job summary

Solesis is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm) in Winston-Salem, NC. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment, performing PMs, and documenting work orders.

The role requires 2–5 years of maintenance experience and ability to read blueprints. The ideal candidate will have PLC knowledge, familiarity with ERP/eQMS, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years electrical and mechanical knowledge and experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints/schematics.
• English proficiency for SOPs, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical manufacturing equipment issues.
• Identify root causes of failures and implement repairs.
• Document work and update maintenance work orders.
• Test and diagnose machinery and collaborate on proper repairs.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance per specs and schedules.
• Coordinate with shift teams on work orders and priorities.
• Replace faulty components using schematics/PLC devices.
• Assist with RO water system operation and maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies.
• Maintain workspace and adhere to safety and GMP standards.
