Job summary

Steel Technologies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to improve safety, quality, and efficiency by performing preventative, routine, and emergency mechanical and electrical maintenance. You will troubleshoot issues, interpret blueprints, and help keep operations running smoothly on the 2:00 pm–10:00 pm shift.

Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance on plant equipment, managing maintenance work orders in CMMS, and communicating safety concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on plant machinery.
• Carry out the preventative maintenance program and report non-compliance to supervisor.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to root cause issues.
• Interpret blueprints and fabricate parts as needed.
