Zusammenfassung

Jamco Products is seeking a Machine Operator to feed the Prima Power E-break, or the folder and the punch press, and to set up, operate, and tend machines to cut, punch, and bend metal to Jamco specifications. Work hours are 2:30pm–11:00pm, Monday–Friday, with mandatory Saturdays as directed.

Requirements include a GED or high school diploma, manufacturing/metal fabrication background, power tool experience, and the ability to work 10-hour days; CNC experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Read work orders and production schedules to determine specifications.
• Position fixtures and secure work pieces using hand tools and measuring devices.
• Start machines, select programs, monitor operations, and record data.
• Measure and verify finished pieces against specifications.
• Inspect for defects and sort nonconforming parts.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines.
