Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Machine Operator to start, troubleshoot, and run manufacturing equipment safely. There are three levels (I, II, III) determined by experience and ability to troubleshoot independently for efficient cycles.

Essential duties include safe operation, meeting production targets, ensuring tolerances, and maintaining quality paperwork. No formal education is required and on-site work is expected.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot assigned manufacturing equipment safely.
• Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
• Ensure products meet tolerances and specifications.
• Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and package/store products.
• Cross-train on other production functions as needed.
• Report and assist with resolving safety, quality, and mechanical issues.
