Job summary

Natchitoches Regional Medical Center seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time 3p–11p shift at The Courtyard of Natchitoches. Under RN supervision, you will assess, plan and implement resident care and ensure continuity across shifts.

You will provide direct care, supervise CNAs, and participate in resident and family teaching, advocating for residents in NRMC’s mission. NRMC emphasizes a zero-harm culture and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current LPN licensure in Louisiana.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Minimum of six months to one year's work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for residents under RN supervision.
• Ensure continuity of care between shifts by direct care and supervising CNAs.
• Participate in resident and family teaching and advocate for residents.

Education
