The Village at Marymount in Garfield Heights, Ohio is seeking an Evening Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team. You will provide direct patient care for residents, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient conditions during an 7a–7p shift.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans, document progress, and communicate clearly with residents' families.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and progress of patients
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote positive patient outcomes and safety
