Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including administration of medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans with other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care, medication administration, and resident progress.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the charge nurse or healthcare team.
• Participate in development of individualized care plans with residents and families.
