Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an Evening Shift LPN to join our team. You will administer medications, provide direct patient care, and assist with ADLs while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes compassionate, individualized care and an interdisciplinary approach to develop and implement care plans for guests, with opportunities for professional growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• OH-licensed practical nurse (LPN) in Ohio is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Provide direct patient care including vital signs, wound care, and personal care assistance.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment.

About the Role:

As an Evening Shift LPN at Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Providing direct patient care, including vital sign checks, wound care, and personal care assistance
• Assisting with ADLs (activities of daily living) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Ohio
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred
