Job summary

SMI Hotel Group is seeking a full-time Lobby Attendant for the evening shift (4-11 pm) to maintain cleanliness across the lobby and public spaces, including the business center, fitness area, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and pool areas.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal, restroom service, and assisting guests and staff with elevators. You will handle special projects and report maintenance issues as needed.

• Must maintain cleanliness in assigned areas including lobby, business center, fitness area, restrooms, corridors, elevators, pool areas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hotel lobbies and public areas are serviced throughout the day
• Clean floors, vacuum, mop, dust, and pick up trash in lobby areas
• Service all public restrooms
• Service guest and employee elevators
• Complete any special projects assigned
• Report maintenance issues or concerns
• Perform other related duties as required
