Qualifications

• Afternoon and evening availability required, including weekends.
• Ability to close when scheduled and stay until shift ends.
• Reliable and punctual with good time management.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and maintain quality.
• Strong attention to detail and clean work habits.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team; training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Cook and assemble menu items accurately and efficiently.
• Operate grills, fryers, flat tops, and other kitchen equipment.
• Maintain proper food temperatures, portioning, and presentation.
• Stock and maintain your station throughout the shift.
• Complete prep as needed to support evening service.
• Follow recipes and Dog Haus food-quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members.
• Keep up with high-volume dinner and evening service.
• Complete nightly cleaning, breakdown, and closing responsibilities.
• Properly store, label, and rotate food at the end of service.
• Jump in and help wherever needed during busy periods.
