Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up the kitchen for daily service.
• Complete morning prep according to recipes and pars.
• Cook and assemble menu items accurately and efficiently.
• Operate grills, fryers, flat tops, and other kitchen equipment.
• Maintain proper food temperatures, portioning, and presentation.
• Stock and maintain your station throughout the shift.
• Follow recipes and Dog Haus food-quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper handling procedures.
• Assist with receiving and putting away deliveries as needed.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team.
• Complete cleaning and additional kitchen duties as assigned.
• Jump in and help wherever needed during busy periods.
