Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance and reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity and safety standards.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
