Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, courteous customer service and greets customers as they enter the area.
• Maintains store cleanliness and equipment to brand standards; performs housekeeping duties.
• Receives and verifies vendor deliveries and maintains stock; places signage.
• Monitors cash handling procedures and shift reports; assists with inventory control.
• Supervises staff in the absence of the Store Assistant Manager; coaches new employees.
• Reports safety incidents and follows company guidelines for breakage/spoilage.
• Completes daily store reports and end-of-shift paperwork.
• Adheres to scheduling and attendance requirements; works evenings as required.
