Job summary

Trezevant Episcopal Home in Memphis, TN is seeking an Entry-Level CNA to provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, and support restorative programs.

Qualifications

• Maintain TN CNA certification and attend required in-service hours.
• Provide direct care for activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Document daily care records accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents for activities of daily living.
• Maintain daily care records and chart measurements such as weights and vital signs.
• Assist with feeding residents who cannot feed themselves.
• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming and maintain clean resident areas.
• Attend in-service hours and stay current with infection control practices.
