Job summary

Rochester Regional Health at Canton-Potsdam Hospital is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, supporting patient comfort and safety.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, NYS Nurse Aide Certification (or Nursing 101) and AHA BLS. Work 22.5 hours/week on a 3p-11p schedule, every other weekend, with hourly pay range of $19.20–$28.97.

Qualifications

• NYS Nurse Aide Certification or successful completion of Nursing 101 course.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support Certification (BLS).
• High School Education or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Performs and documents direct patient care under supervision.
• Provides world class customer service to patients and families.
• Reports patient conditions to licensed staff to support positive outcomes.
• Maintains a safe, clean patient environment.
