Job summary

QA1 in Lakeville, MN is seeking an assembler to join our manufacturing team, assembling products per production guidelines with a focus on safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency.

Work schedule is Monday through Thursday, 4:00pm–2:00am. You will collaborate with teammates, uphold high standards, participate in cross-training, and contribute to continuous improvement while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of solid work experience; manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to meet physical requirements: 8–10 hour standing, up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Product Assembly: Assemble products following production guidelines with consistent quality.
• Team Collaboration: Work with teammates to hit targets and promote efficiency.
• Safety + Quality: Follow safety standards and quality control measures.
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements to reduce waste and boost efficiency.
• Problem Solving: Report discrepancies or equipment issues and assist troubleshooting.
• Other duties as beneficial to QA1’s success.
