Job summary

Valet Living is hiring part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists (Service Valets) to help keep apartment communities clean, safe, and welcoming. You’ll collect bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps and transport it to the on-site compactor using your own open-bed pickup truck or tow vehicle with trailer.

Typical schedule is evenings, 10-15+ hours per week, Sunday-Thursday starting after 7 or 8 PM, with steady local work.

Qualifications

• Own an open-bed pickup truck or a tow vehicle with a trailer.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Auto insurance for the vehicle being used.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; smartphone with a data plan; willingness to receive SMS communications; authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport it to the on-site compactor using your vehicle with trailer.
• Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift.
• Walk and climb stairs, working outdoors.
• No long-distance driving, bulk item collection, or off-site dumping.
• Use the mobile app to check in, track your work, and take photos when needed.
