Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking a friendly, dependable Server to join the culinary team at Hillcrest Country Estates Cottages in Papillion, NE. The role supports meal ordering, tray delivery, dishwashing, sanitation, dining-room setup, and kitchen stocking.

The ideal candidate has hospitality or dining experience, values teamwork, and can work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high cleanliness standards. Part-time schedule includes evenings and every other weekend.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior server or dining-room experience preferred.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, restaurants, or food service is helpful but not required.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service and room-service delivery.
• Set up dining room, serving areas, and café spaces.
• Wash dishes and maintain sanitation.
• Stock supplies and organize storage areas.
• Learn resident dining preferences and communicate needs to supervisor.
