Job summary

Biltmore Farms in Asheville, NC is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Server to join their team. The role involves guiding guests through their dining experience, maintaining high standards of service, and creating a warm atmosphere. Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in the Food Service Industry is a plus.
• At least one year in a hotel setting is preferred.
• Flexibility and willingness to work anywhere needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professionalism and teamwork as per service standards.
• Create a warm atmosphere for guests.
• Guide guests through their restaurant experience.
• Familiarize with menus and proper food service standards.
• Train in restaurant and banquet-style service.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues quickly.
