This role emphasizes teamwork and delivering high-quality meals in a timely fashion within a supportive senior living environment. As a Server, you will perform various food service tasks, maintain a clean service area, and assist fellow staff to ensure resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service and consistently display an attitude, which fosters a teamwork environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals professionally and please residents and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.
• Ensure residents and guests receive high-quality food in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional hygiene.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Tactfully handle resident concerns and complaints.
• Follow all Dining Services Standards of service.
