Job summary

NorthPointe Woods is seeking a friendly Dining Room Server to join our community. You will provide attentive service to residents and guests, learn individual preferences, and help keep the dining area welcoming and orderly.

The role supports dining services with timely beverage and meal service, basic food prep as directed, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. Evening shifts and flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and able to communicate in English.
• Provide friendly, courteous service to residents and guests.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to residents, families, and guests.
• Learn residents' names, interests, and food preferences.
• Set up dining room before meals and reset tables after.
• Serve beverages, salads, soups, desserts, and other items promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and follow sanitation duties.
• Communicate residents' needs to the team and assist with basic food prep as directed.
• Work cooperatively with the dining services team and flexibility for varying hours.
