Job summary

The Evergreen Inn in Vancouver, WA is seeking a friendly Server to create welcoming dining experiences for our residents. The role offers part-time shifts primarily 4 PM–8 PM with no late nights; Agemark is certified as a Great Place to Work and upholds EPIC ACTS values.

You will greet residents, take orders, serve meals, support dining operations, and help with events and team work. Experience is welcome but not required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous serving or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
• Training provided for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service: greet residents, take orders, and serve meals and beverages.
• Create great experiences by learning residents' preferences.
• Support dining operations: setup, cleanup, restocking, and sanitation.
• Celebrate together: assist with events and community dining.
• Work as a team: collaborate with coworkers to keep dining services running smoothly.
