Job summary

The Evergreen Inn in Vancouver, WA is seeking a friendly Part-Time Server to create welcoming dining experiences for our residents. You will greet residents, take orders, and serve meals with a smile while supporting dining operations.

This role emphasizes teamwork, great communication, and a positive attitude. Prior serving experience helps but is not required; training will be provided. We offer PTO from Day 1, complimentary meals, DailyPay, and an EPIC culture based on our core values.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to help others.
• Clear, friendly communication with residents and coworkers.
• Team-oriented and flexible approach to shifts.
• Availability including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Experience in serving is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, take orders, and serve meals with a smile.
• Support dining operations: setup, sanitation, and restocking.
• Assist with cleanup and turnover between services.
• Help with special events and community dining experiences.
• Collaborate with coworkers to keep dining services running smoothly.
