Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Server to join our team at The DeSoto Savannah. You will seat guests, take orders, and ensure meals are prepared and presented correctly, while upholding liquor regulations and delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education; post-high school preferred.
• Minimum of one year in hotel/restaurant serving role.
• Strong guest service and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests.
• Monitor food distribution to ensure correct delivery and appealing presentation.
• Check station for proper setup and cleanliness before, during, and after shift.
• Abide by all liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Be familiar with all menu items, preparation and service procedures.
• Totals checks, present to guests and process payments.
• Assist with bussing tables.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
