Job summary

Merrill Gardens at West Chester is seeking a Dining Room Server for our senior living community. The 3pm–7pm shift offers an opportunity to serve residents in a restaurant-style setting with a focus on hospitality and dignity.

You will help residents during meals, provide excellent customer service, and perform other duties as assigned to maintain a welcoming environment. We value teamwork, reliability, and flexibility for a rewarding role in senior care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Food handler’s permit required.
• Flexible with schedule including weekends/holidays.

• Professionally serving meals in our restaurant-style dining room.


• Providing a high level of customer service to residents and guests.


• Other duties as assigned.

If you are someone with

• High school diploma or GED.


• Food Handler’s Permit as required.


• Flexibility with schedule and availability to work early morning and evening shifts as well as weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements
