Merrill Gardens at West Chester is seeking a friendly Dining Room Server to join our senior living community. You will professionally serve meals in a restaurant-style dining room and deliver attentive, compassionate resident service.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a Food Handler’s Permit, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Senior Living Dining Room Server

Day Shift: 7am - 3pm Monday - Sunday

Dining Room Servers are responsible for:

• Professionally serving meals in our restaurant-style dining room.

• Providing a high level of customer service to residents and guests.

• Other duties as assigned.

If you are someone with:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Food Handler’s Permit as required.

• Flexibility with schedule and availability to work early morning and evening shifts as well as weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

This position involves regular standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs. Frequent bending, carrying, and reaching are part of the day-to-day activities. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
