Job summary

Barnes Jewish Hospital, part of BJC HealthCare, seeks a Sr. Supply Distribution Tech for the evening shift. The role starts by picking non-stock items for the hospital daily, then breaks down CSC freight on North campus and assists with linen cart setup and transport.

The position requires overseeing material flow, inventory accuracy, and coordination with departments to optimize par levels and supply availability while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a supply/warehouse role.
• Preferred 5–10 years of experience in related functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily management of medical supplies, equipment and linen for multiple departments.
• Will perform material receiving, verify items and quantities in inventory systems.
• Review reports, adjust par levels, coordinate room audits and improvements.
• Process stock and non-stock orders; resolve order issues with procurement; RTVs and recalls.
• Ensure a safety-focused environment and comply with standards; perform housekeeping in supply rooms.
