Responsibilities

• Assists in resident care as assigned by supervisor and reports changes.
• Checks residents in sections and responds to call lights promptly.
• Documents incidents and daily progress in resident charts.
• Assists with personal care and makes beds; helps with meals.
• Transfers, transports residents to activities and appointments as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness of resident units and odor/safety checks.
