Job summary

Charter Senior Living of Winnwood is seeking a Caregiver / Resident Care Associate to support residents in a 1st & 2nd shift, part-time role in Marietta, GA. The position offers $15–$16.50 per hour with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within a family-oriented community.

Candidates with assisted living or memory care experience, a compassionate and patient mindset, and strong teamwork are encouraged to apply. Training is provided and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, or senior living experience preferred.
• Assisted living or memory care experience a plus.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for serving seniors and enhancing quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support resident care plans and individualized needs.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, dressing, grooming, and bathing.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.
• Document care and services provided.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and community leadership.
• Help create meaningful experiences for residents each day.
