General Security Services Corporation (GSSC) is hiring a Security Officer to support our clients in Duluth. You will perform access control, monitor cameras, respond to incidents, and conduct roving patrols to keep people and property safe.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• U.S. citizen or legal work authorization.
• Must pass state and federal background checks and drug screen.
• Ability to meet licensing requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must complete GSSC Basic Training.

Responsibilities

• Observes and reports activities and incidents at client sites.
• Patrols assigned sites on foot or vehicle and checks for safety issues.
• Enforces security regulations per Post Orders and Facility Security Plan.
• Responds to client inquiries promptly.
• Monitors CCTV and alarm systems and responds as needed.
• Generates clear written shift reports.
• Interacts professionally with client personnel and vendors.
