Job summary

United Protective Services is seeking a reliable Security Officer for an office building in Oklahoma City, OK. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 16:00–00:00, and pays $18.00 per hour.

This is an on-site position that requires professionalism and strong customer service. You will complete reports based on observations, conduct inspections to maintain uniforms and site standards, assist with coverage, drive a company vehicle for training, and respond to emergencies on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in private security or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to complete clear written reports.
• Good judgment and situational awareness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete reports based on observations, monitoring, and witnessing of security or safety events.
• Conduct inspections to maintain uniforms and standards across the site.
• Assist with coverage issues and call-outs to fill posts as needed.
• Drive a company vehicle to locations for training and inquiries.
• Maintain the company brand and ensure equipment is operational at shift start and end.
• Respond to emergencies on site.
