Qualifications

• Must be available and visible in the lobby for all tenant escorts after hours.
• Officer must conduct exterior and interior patrols of the building.
• Confirm all offices are locked after the cleaning crew leaves the building.
• Site phone must be answered while on duty.

Responsibilities

• Our Security Officers protect the Industrial or Commercial property of our clients against fire, vandalism and illegal entry.
• Our clients include Class-A Office Buildings, Luxury Residential Properties, Fortune 500 Companies, Financial Institutions, and more.
