Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a full-time Security Officer in Baxter, MN. The role pays $20.00 per hour with a Thu–Sat 1PM–9:30PM schedule and Sun 2PM–8:30PM. You will monitor premises, control access, and patrol diverse sites to maintain a safe environment.

Ideal candidates have 18+ years old, a HS diploma or GED, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently. Pre-employment screening including drug test and background check is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Able to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
• Must pass pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises and enforce access control and patrols.
• Perform post orders and complete assigned rounds.
• Provide information and assistance to employees and guests.
• Identify safety issues and report hazards to management.
• Respond to emergencies with appropriate judgment and escalation.
