Job summary

RiverWoods Exeter is seeking a full-time Evening Security & Maintenance Technician (2pm–Midnight), Wednesday through Saturday, to support residents and our community with reliable service and a safe, welcoming environment. You will perform interior and exterior patrols, respond to emergencies, monitor life-safety systems, and help with routine maintenance and environmental tasks.

A high school diploma and 1–3 years security or related experience are required; valid driver's license and basic

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years security or military experience preferred.
Familiarity with computers and communication devices.
Basic knowledge of general maintenance.
Experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC or related trades desirable.
Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Provides quality customer service with a positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
Conduct interior and exterior patrols.
Run resident safety programs and respond to safety concerns.
Respond to medical and facility emergencies.
Answer calls for assistance and secure all access points.
Monitor life-safety systems and report issues.
Perform Environmental Service duties and routine maintenance tasks.
Complete logs and reports; follow safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
