Job summary

Century Park Associates seeks an Evening Attendant to safeguard community grounds and assist residents. You will perform patrols, secure doors, monitor lighting and emergency systems, and support lobby operations.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and prioritizes trustworthiness, reliability, and clear communication. Healthcare experience is a plus as you assist with daily community needs and event setup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external security patrols by foot and vehicle.
• Secure/unlock doors as instructed.
• Monitor lights to ensure proper operation.
• Watch community grounds, parking areas, and stairwells.
• Check for unauthorized visitors and respond accordingly.
• Inspect vacant units and units with unusual lighting.
• Monitor emergency call system and respond promptly.
• Respond to emergencies quickly and appropriately.
• Log safety check times accurately.
• Assist with front lobby duties (guest check-in/out, calls).
• Handle resident apartment trash pickup and newspaper delivery.
• Assist with resident check-in setup of the system and maintenance requests in TELS.
• Support setup and teardown for activities and events.
