Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect materials for accuracy and quality.
• Match packing slips to purchase orders for correct documentation.
• Enter received goods into ERP/WMS accurately.
• Label and organize received materials in designated storage areas.
• Communicate discrepancies or damaged goods to the appropriate teams.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment (training provided).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area per OSHA standards.
• Assist with periodic inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to support daily operations.
