Job summary

OnTrac is hiring for a seasonal warehouse associate in the Nashville area. Duties include unloading, sorting, and loading packages, with emphasis on safety and timing. Typical shift is 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed.

Position may lead to future opportunities beyond the season. Compensation includes a $20.00 per hour wage and a $500 seasonal bonus, with weekly pay and enhanced pay on holidays. Training is provided, no prior warehouse experience required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Be able to meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation: Repeatedly lift packages; stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks; work in varying warehouse temperatures; work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment.
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
